[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] urgent, novice, cant make nextGen gallery worrk

    i installed NextGen Gallery.

    After doing every setup, i put up the tag [nggallery=1] in the page.php file just after these lines:
    <?php
    get_header();

    ?>

    [nggallery id=1]

    But the page only outputs this line [nggallery id=1] in place of showing the images. however other things to be showed on the page are shown as well.

    I NEED THE SOLUTION ASAP.

    ANY GREAT HEART TO HELP PLZ?

    hello i found my question posted in this page : https://alexrabe.de/forums/.

    But what is strange is inside the write-up of my post i found many pictures in the given page. how cold that happen? May be the code i wrote in my post has been executed as real code lines in the mentioned site. however my prob is not yet solved.

    am looking forward for anyone to help.

    i have only on plugin ( wp e commerce, GetShopped.org)installed other than NextGen gallery,

    [nggallery id=1]

    Goes into your Page or Post within the WordPress Administration – where you create posts and pages. It does NOT go into the actual PHP page code.
