[Plugin: NextGEN TinyMce Description] User role/level limitation?

This lugin works perfectly, thanx for the develop. But recently I experience a problem with users, onlye my user that is administrator can se the tinyMCE and no other user also as administrator can′t see it ??
Any idea?
