Plugin: Ninja Forms – Submission Details Email Not Being Sent

I am submitting this post as a new topic because I joined a topic that was posted a few weeks ago by another user and that topic never received a single reply with a solution.

I am using the free version of Ninja Forms for two different forms on a site. Although the success message and the form submission email (one that goes to the person submitting, confirming that their info has been received) are being generated, the email that goes to the site owner (with the submission details) is NOT being sent.

I have just updated the plugin to the current version (2.9.48), but I dod NOT believe that this will resolve the issue, as the changelog for that update does not mention this issue.

I hope that someone will submit a solution this time.
