I increased the upload and buffer to 500m, but still got “IMG_9369.CR2 (26.45MB) – HTTP Error”. I’m going to reboot everything and check the ini file to see if it’s really updating.

    Thanks! I appreciate it.
After a reboot, files that didn’t work are now working. I’m going to test a few more browsers and will let you know.

thought you should know, whatever you did with the plugin update corrected my issue. It’s now working like a charm!

    Thanks again!

I am getting the following error:

WordPress database error: [Unknown column ‘userRole’ in ‘field list’]
    INSERT INTO wp_userfiles (fileName,userID,fileType,fileSize,userRole,fileUploadedOn,fileMeta,bucketName) VALUES (‘footerImage.gif’,’1′,’.gif’,’3434′,”,’2012-07-17 14:50:43′,'[]’,”)
    Error in Saving File

Also – it is showing a save button and not a submit button that then brings up the upload message (i.e. your file has been sent successfully)

    My site is https://printpointe.net/print/resource-center/upload-file/

PrintPointeCO, I think you just bought PRO version, please deactivate it and then activate it will remove the old database structure.

Hello – I did just buy the PRO version. I tried deactivating and re-activating. I even reverted back to an old website and database file – then reloaded it from scratch.

See the site above now that I updated it. It says “files saved refreshing window” and every thing is blank. It does not show the uploaded message – and does not show the file that was uploaded in the upload list.

I’ve been trying a million things – the Standard Version Works Great. Is it possible that something is faulty with my PRO version?

Thanks so much for your help!

Also – If I can get this to work then I plan on purchasing the pro version for all of our national locations. I have not found anything else out there that would work as great as this. If I can get it to work that is.

    Hi nmedia,

The plugin is conflicting with another plugin I’ve installed Easy Digital Downloads Version 1.3.3. Will you be releasing a new version that can fix this problem?
