• I am a pro-user. It seems to me though this plugin has stopped working entirely. I only bought this a few months ago. So I’m really disappointed.

It doesn’t fetch videos or playlists from youtube anymore. I know the Google/Youtube API has changed, but if this is the case the plugin needs updating.

From what I can tell this is a CSS/stylesheet conflict.

    I would like some support.

I use Elementor Pro with the Hello Elementor theme.

It seems that if I open the page in Elementor, the plugin works.

When I browse the page then it does not display.

Thanks for your prompt reply. The link is here https://right-angle.co.uk/tv/ and it looks to me like the basic plugin is trying to load but isn’t fetching the playlists from our channel. The funny thing is that it works in the settings page preview but once I get to putting the shortcode into Elementor Pro (and likewise for the live page) it doesn’t work.

In fact on further examination it seems like the positioning is so far out that it’s just not showing the content.

You haven’t created your own API key, create by following instructions here: https://plugin.builders/yourchannel-setup/

Yes I have. I have checked that. As I just explained it seems to me that the plugin will load in the preview + settings page but not in Elementor and the live site.

Did you put the API Key you create in API Key field of YourChannel edit form? Is it there? It’s showing the default API Key which is not working.

    Thread Starter Quentinius

    (@shred101)

I absolutely did yes because as I have explained just now it works in the Youchannel settings preview section but not in the live site and not in Elementor Pro.

    The class

    yrc-section-action yrc-player-top-undefined yrc-playlist-bar

Is moving beyond the boundary of the plugin window and not displaying properly.

    Hello?

I need to get this issue solved.

Hi, I’ll update the plugin tomorrow (Sunday).

Hi, I’ll fix a caching issue tomorrow, please don’t uninstall the plugin. If you don’t have much customisations done, delete the channel in YourChannel page and it’ll work. The cache has been corrupted that’s the only issue happening now.

    (@shred101)

I notice you refunded me. What’s going on?

Hi, it looks like you’re not using YourChannel anymore and you wrote a review saying you felt ripped off, so we’ve refunded your purchase.

It was an issue with corrupt cache and if you had deleted & recreated the channel in YourChannel page, it’d have worked. If you’re still using or are planning to use YourChannel, you can use it – your license hasn’t been deactivated.

You told me not to uninstall the plugin FFS! So of course I didn’t!

I have tried what you’ve said and it’s still not working.

This is definitely not a caching issue anyway because, as I stated, the videos and playlists are rendered but the positioning is moved far out of view.

I checked my site using Google devtools and the divs which display the video are being rendered but not shown for some reason.

And as I stated, the plugin displays correctly on the Yourchannel preview panel. It’s only when browsing the page on the live site wherein it displays incorrectly.

Additionally, clearing the cache fixes the plugin kinda-sorta momentarily. But when you refresh the page it stops working again.
