Plugin no longer works

    Hello,

    the plugin hasn’t counted any visitors for a few days. There are no more visitors in the statistics. As far as I know I haven’t changed anything. Neither in the settings nor installed a new plugin. What could it be?

    Hi @tickpdm,

    Well something must have certainly changed on your website recently, otherwise you wouldn’t be having this issue in the first place ??

    Anyways, had a look at your website and found that whenever WPP attempts to update your post/page views count your site is seemingly blocking its requests.

    This usually means that you either have a security/firewall plugin that’s blocking access to the REST API or that you/your developer put some custom code on your site to actively restrict access to it or to disable it completely. WPP requires access to the REST API to work.

    Hello, thanks for the answer. Yes, I changed something. The hint with the firewall led me to the solution. I really did disable something. Thank you very much.
