Plugin not activate, parse error

Hi, I tried to activate this plugin after a fresh install of WP, and received this message:
Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in …/plugins/easy-peasy-mailchimp-ajax-form/includes/MailChimp.php on line 3How can I resolve this issue?
