Plugin not activated?

    I have been using this for a few years. I just went to my support page and all I see is [ supportcandy ]

    It was configured properly and the plugin is active. Why is it not working now? I have WordPress 6.6.2.

    Can’t provide link as you need to be a registered user on site to access page.

    P.S. I followed instructions and deleted the latest version and reinstalled Version 2.3.1. It is working now.

    Is there a way to get latest version to work? My site has just been fixed of errors from another plugin and I don’t want any issues with the your new version.

    I ended up deleting as I got a “Critical Error” warning of security issues from the downgraded version. Deleted.
