Plugin not activating

So, I’ve tried this in both chrome and firefox. I install the plugin and hit activate, but there’s no instance to use the page builder anywhere. It’s not available on any of my pages, not listed in the dashboard admin menu on the left, I can’t seem to find it anywhere to be able to actually use it. Any ideas why this is happening? Let me say this again, this happened on both firefox and chrome.
