• Hi there,

I have a range of products where some require local (postcode) conditional shipping while others are to be charged for national, however when using this plugin, the Free Shipping option does not show? Even if I select the specific postcodes with Free Shipping it still forces the Auspost Plugin?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @newcastlecreativeco
    Thanks for using our plugin.
Please, make sure that the Free Shipping and Australia Post are in the same shipping zone. WooCommerce will only trigger one zone on the Checkout page.

    Hi @waseem_senjer
Thanks for getting back to me. I did you suggestion and it the Free Shipping method showed, but now it shows for everything which is not what I want. This plugin seems to override other WooCommerce Shipping Zones? I have made up a video to explain a bit here that you can find here: https://www.loom.com/share/50720b43f1504c4e8ba9caea7df0f231

Pretty desperate to get this working properly.
    TIA

    Hello there,
The issue is that you are putting the Australia Post zone at the top of the zones, this will override the other zones since the region of Australia Post will match the customer address if the country is Australia. And WooCommerce is only triggering one zone in the checkout page based on the zone’s region. So you need to drag the other zones to the top of the zones list. This will solve the issue because the other zones have more narrow regions.
