Plugin not appearing

Hey DeAnne,

I’m seeing a white screen on that website.

Have you recently installed any plugins or modified any theme code?

This white screen is usually caused by a PHP Fatal error.

I assure you my plugin DOES NOT cause this. ??

Try accessing your site via FTP & navigating to /wp-content/

Once there, create a folder called “old-plugins”

Once you’ve created that, go into /wp-content/plugins/ and drag the plugins up a level into the old-plugins folder.

What you are trying to do is “deactivate” the plugins until the site comes back up. Once you’ve deactivated them, reactivate them again one at a time.

This will tell you which plugin is causing the issue.

Hey DeAnna,

I’m sorry that site takes forever to load and then ends up crashing my browser.

It loaded once, but the slider was broken and each image was displayed all the way down the page, but I didn’t see any content / footer.

Have you been experiencing these issues for a while?

Please deactivate my plugin and verify it’s not causing this. I highly doubt it is, but at least it will let you know that there may be other things going on unrelated to this plugin. ??

I’m having a similar issue on my sites: e.g https://d-zinehub.com/about-d-zinehub/ and jyb.co.za, running of different themes.

This plugin was working perfectly until the last update and still works fine on a couple of other sites, e.g. rainydaysandholidays.com

The ‘problem’ sites still show the facebook cover image, and I’ve checked my sizing in the widget settings – posts should still be showing up.
