Plugin not appearing in admin menu

I had Checklists installed on my site previously, un-installed it, then realized I needed it back. When I re-installed it, it did not appear back on my admin menu. Any suggestions as to a fix would be appreciated.

Can you please confirm if you have manage_checklists capability on your administrator role?
If not, kindly add it manually as per: https://publishpress.com/knowledge-base/add-new-permissions/
