Plugin not appearing on the main navigation for WP

  • Hello!
    I am trying to use the plugin on my website and am running into an issue that is rather unusual.

    I have the plugin installed on my dev site, and it is working and functioning as it should.

    When I installed the plugin on my live environment, the plugin installs, and can activate it, but it does not appear on the left nav, and therefore I cannot set it up.

    Have you (or anyone) had this issue before? Everything is the exact same on both environments, they are just on 2 different servers.

    Hi Erin,

    That is very strange but could be a plugin collision if the other plugin is using the exact same menu position. Unlikely, but possible.

    Are there any differences in which plugins are installed between your two environments?
