plugin not backing up

    Hi!
    I have installed this plugin some week ago and I had never noticed it never really did any back up to my bucket. I inserted both keys from Dreamhost panel, I enabled weekly automatical back up and I get a greyed out box at the bottom of the plugin window saying ‘back up in progress’. It even told me a backup was scheduled for tomorrow at 6 pm. Even if I disable the automatic backup, I still won’t be able to let me manually start a backup for that greyed out box. I spoke to dreamhost and they suggested I look for help in here. What am I doing wrong?

  • After the WP upgrade, the plugin now works. That is, the Backup ASAP is available again. And a backup was created.

    BUT … The backup is only 11MB and contains only /wp-content/upgrade/ althou8gh I asked for all files and database.

    I’m going to try an ASAP now.

    That sounds like it was set to DB only.

    @jeremycherfas can you make your own post, activate debugging, and include any output from your debug log?
