Hi, is this plugin not compatible with the ppom plugin?

    https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/woocommerce-product-addon/

I tried using your plugin for sale prices but what happens is that on the product page the total price appears ok (calculates the sale price + additional charges from the ppom fields)

BUT on the checkout/cart pages it REMOVES all the additional charges from the final price ! and shows just the sale product price as the total price

this does not happen when I use woocommerce regular sale price without the plugin and the ppom fields for additional charges on a product. Any ideas?

    Hello @hello1357

Thank you for choosing our plugin.

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

Yes, maybe the plugins are not compatible.

For product addons currently the plugin is compatible with the below ones.

    Extra Product Options
    WooCommerce Product Add-Ons
    YITH WooCommerce Product Add-ons

    I hope it helps.

    Best Regards

Thanks, I’ve been using the PPOM plugin for years now so not looking to change that. I hope you add support and fix this bug and then they can both be used together. We had to recharge a few customers since the plugin removed part of the product cost at the checkout as I mentioned earlier.

    Best.
