Plugin Not Disabling Other Plugins on Pages

Hello. Plugin Organizer is NOT disabling any plugins on my pages now. If you go to the page I linked to, you will see that my other plugins are still working on that page even though I “Disabled All” plugins on that page, both for logged in users and users not logged in. Since I have all plugins disabled on that page, you should not see the green check-marked boxes in the bullet lists and you should not see the kkstar rating stars at the very bottom of the page, yet they are still there!
Also, I cleared the page cache, server cache and even loaded the page in both Chrome Incognito browser and Firefox Private Window browser and that didn’t make any difference whatsoever.
Can you please fix this?
