Hello @sembrare I went to your link above but got 404 page not found error. I checked through the site to try to find the player but I think you are now using something different for your audio?

Let me know if you still want some help with this… if not please close the thread.

    Thanks

I’m having some problem but I’m sure it’s not from your plugin because I already have another website and it works perfect.
I just bought for my second website, and it seems something is wrong. the widget works perfect but the player in post shows me the song 3x and its not playing.
The player is under the link:
    https://vankmedia.com/anna-mailyan/
and the widget on the main page:
    https://vankmedia.com/
    please advice
    really appreciate your great plugin

    Sure, no worries… I took a look and here’s what’s happening:
    1) You have some conflicting css in your theme in wp-content/themes/Harmony/style.css line 172 a section called .jp-interface This is a style that the jplayer this plugin is based on uses, but your theme is using the same name for an element with conflicting (overriding) styles. If you rename this element or remove from your theme it will fix the white box.

2)You need to increase the width of the player a bit to allow for your fairly long song titles. This will make all the buttons and other things line up properly and look nicer.

    Hope this helps!

I’ve seen this happen before when Jetpack is active. Please can you deactivate Jetpack and see if that fixes your issue? Some users were able to re-activate Jetpack and it remained fine…

I deactivated it from the beginning when I uploaded the plugin

When I remove the widget the post works perfect. I think Im going to work like this, but I appreciate if you check it again
