Plugin not exporting images. Only 13MB

Hi! I am running my site on openshift if it matters. I want to migrate to windows azure, but I am having trouble with migrating.
When using your plugin it seems it does not export any images. The archive I get is only 13MB large.
Any pointers to what might be wrong?
