Plugin not fully compatible with Elegant Themes

On https://yourguidethroughcollege.com the Plugin will change the site title, etc. However on other themes that I work with, I am able to change the SEO Title of posts. For some reason, this theme isn’t allow me to do so. It is a child-theme which I am not familiar so I don’t know if that is impacting me or not.
Look at the post on the blog https://yourguidethroughcollege.com/protecting-peer-incivility-classroom/ it shows the title of the post. The SEO Title set in the Yoast SEO Title field is – Peer Pressure. Why isn’t this showing?
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
