I tried to delete the plugin and reinstall it because it is creating errors on my website.

The plugin is not fully uninstalling. When I reinstall, the initial settings are still there.

I want to fully remove the plugin and reset the settings because it is creating layout issues after I switched to another theme then switched back.

    Steps to Duplicate the Issue

    1. Install the plugin
    2. Change the plugin settings
    3. Go to the Plugins panel and delete the plugin
    4. Reinstall the plugin

All data should be deleted when a user deletes the plugin from their website. Please see the link to the best practices for a plugin:

When your plugin is uninstalled, you’ll want to clear out any plugin options and/or settings specific to the plugin, and/or other database entities such as tables.

    Hi,

Thanks for your feedback. Can you please tell me what kind of errors you are experiencing with our plugin?
When you talk about settings, are you talking about the settings that you see in the WordPress dashboard under Twentig > Settings or the Customizer settings?

    Have a nice day,

I was experiencing an error where the plugin was placing the entire page above the header. It was an error with the transparent header template. I changed the page back to default then I selected the template again and it worked.

    Both

The plugin acts the same way as a theme. If you use a theme, change its Customizer settings, then delete the theme and reinstall it, its Customizer settings will still be there. If you need to reset the Customizer, you can try a plugin.
Concerning the Twentig Settings inside the dashboard, we’ll consider it for a future release.

    Have a nice day,

Why do I need an extra plugin to remove your plugin’s settings? This is not consistent with the WordPress’s plugin guidelines.
