plugin not fullyresponsive after 450px

I have been struggling to find tabs plugin which works properly, some have issues with safari browser and I was happy to find tabby-responsive-tabs, which seems to work properly for chrome, fireworks and safari. But I got issues with the phone, seems that for smaller screens it does not adjust the layout. I am using vertical tabs with Vantage childtheme and Siteorigin page builder. I tried to add to css just smaller font but this did`nt appear on the site. How the plugin shall behave with smaller screens? Is there an option to change vertical to horisontal for 450px and smaller screens? here is the screenshot here is the link and here is the css i tried unsuccesfully:
