Plugin not functioning :(

OK so I’m using a fantastic genesis child theme that has been great thus far, and includes your plugin as one of their recommended ones. The theme is SEO themes “Business Pro.” There is a very good chance I’ve done something to break it but for the life of me I cannot figure it out and I’m about to give up and do this manually.. but your plugin is cool so I thought I’d reach out first!
For some reason, when I use the column classes from the drop down (e.g. one-third + first) it does literally nothing but when I type in the class “one-third first” it works. It should definitely be supported by this theme, as they actually refer to your plugin in their setup documentation here.
Do you think it might be a plugin conflict? I work with genesis themes a lot so it would be useful to know if that is the case. There are a lot installed on this site at the moment and I don’t really want to deactivate and reactivate one by one to test it unless ABSOLUTELY necessary…
