Plugin not importing CSV lists

Hello! I’m trying to import a csv file of contacts from our old site, but when I upload the csv file, it says “0 records have been imported. 46 could not be imported due to invalid email addresses.”
I basically exported a csv file from the NEW site (where this plugin is installed) and replaced the names and emails with the list from the OLD site (so as to ensure I was using the same parameters required for this plugin) and no luck. Any ideas? Thanks!
