Plugin not installing

Hello-
I’m trying to install the free plug in. I’ve tried installing it from WP and also uploading it from a zip file and neither are working. It gets stuck on “unpacking the packages.” I tested to see if I could install another plugin and that one installed okay.Any ideas?
