Plugin not loading on Admin page

I did, checked my server configuration which was fine, used different browsers all to no avail. I’m open to trying anything else you may suggest.

Yes, PHP is 5.2. Curl is activated.
I’ve used three separate browsers.
I’ve installed just USM and it does the same thing.

Hm, there must be something else on your site. Maybe a conflict with another plugin? It’s hard to say from the distance.

I’ll just use a different plugin. Thanks.
