Plugin not picking up Keyword/keyphrase

Hi Joost,
I cant get the plugin to pick up the H2 heading tag with the keyword/phrase on the page – or the phrase in the first line of the copy. The phrase is “kruger park area safaris”
I have re-entered it and updated many times and still no luck.
