Plugin not prepared for localization

Hi,

The plugin’s description says that it is available in english and french. I can see that there are indeed translation files for the french language.

However this is not how WordPress handles localization and right now the french language pack is unavailable (see here).

I think the problem comes from the plugin’s text domain (sendinblue) that does not match the slug (mailin)

I would be happy to contribute but couldn’t find the repository of the project on Github. Is it something you want to keep private?
