• I’ve installed All-In-One Intranet plugin on a site hosted on SiteGround. When I activate the plugin, I am locked out of the account. None of the Google Workspace credentials I try work. I have tried disabling all the other plugins but the problem persists. Seems like nothing in .htaccess would interfere. I don’t see any PHP errors. Any advice please?

    Hello there,

There are no settings in the plugin that can lock you out of the site: https://a.supportally.com/i/PZF1b6

Are you sure you don’t have Google Apps Login installed, for example? Because that one can actually lock you out.

Also, All in one Intranet does not modify .htaccess – it does its job on the PHP/WordPress level.

Do you have a multisite installation? If so, and you use Multisite features inside our plugin, you may need to make sure you are logging in with a user that has a correct user role.

Let me know what you find.
    Thank you.

Thank you, Slava! I’m grateful for any help I can get on this! I do not have Google Apps Login installed. I do not have a multisite installation. I have just the single WordPress site hosted on SiteGround. This lockout occurs even when All-In-One Intranet is the only active plugin. My configuration is as you show in the image on the link you provided. Site Ground informs me that there are other sites they host that successfully use the All-In-One Intranet plugin. I am attempting to log in using valid credentials for our Google Workspace account.

Does anything else occur to you? Thank you for your interest and support!

All In One Intranet doesn’t care how you are being logged in.

As you said, you are using Google Workspace account, which means you have some other plugin that allows you to log in using your Google Account (WordPress doesn’t support that out of the box, that’s why I asked you about Google Apps Login).

To log in on your site you must use WordPress user login credentials and the login page is usually located on /wp-login.php page of your site (unless you have some plugin that closes it off and provides you with a custom /login/ page).

If the lockout happens when _only_ All In One Intranet is activated, that means you are using incorrect credentials.
