• I’ve noticed a slight issue with the listing of departments on the plugin side. Under the department I have Support. Under the Support department I have the following help topics listed on the plugin create ticket page:

    General Questions
    Software
    Product 1
    Product 2

    Product 1 and Product 2 are child help topics of Software. When I view this in osTicket I see the following:

    Billing
    General Questions
    Software
    Software / Product 1
    Software / Product 2

    It seems as if the plugin is not recognizing that Product 1 and Product 2 are child help topics of Software.
