Plugin not remove comments

  • Hello!

    In html version page many comments, such as:

    <!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v16.6 (Yoast SEO v16.7) - https://yoast.com/wordpress/plugins/seo/ -->
    or

    <!-- W3TC-include-css -->
    <!-- W3TC-include-js-head -->

    I go to WPHide-General/HTML-HTML-Remove Comments
    Push button “YES”.
    Deleate Caсhe
    But comments stayed.

    Hi,
    Can you temporary disable the cache plugin and check the front side if comments are stripped off?
    What cache plugin you use?
