    Hi, the plugin is not requiring user approval. I can check out without having to click the checkbox. I also tried toggling “Ensure users open the terms’ link before purchase” in the general settings, but that had no effect.

    Could you let me know what kind of product is the one that have the terms assigned to? Could you upload a screenshot of the product edit page where you have configured the custom terms and conditions fields?

    No problem!

    I see that you are using “Checkout Field Editor Pro” plugin. Could you please disable it and try to see if that is what is blocking Terms validation on the checkout page?

    Hi Giannis,

    that one isn’t creating the conflict. The plugin conflict is with Product Dynamic Pricing and Discounts by Addify. Is there anything that can be done to resolve? Any help that you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
