    Thank you for detail reporting the issue with video.

    Can you check your permalink structure WordPress settings?

    If you use the Plain permalink setting, WordPress will not open its API. Not all plugins and themes use it, but many do, like our plugin. So it is generally not a good practice to set up a Plain permalink structure for many reasons (including SEO)

    Let me know if above is your case and helps to fix it.

    If this is not the case, can you check the developer console in your browser while saving for errors and/or share print screens? (How to get to the developer console)
