Plugin not sending mails – conflict with WP-Mail-SMTP plugin

    Hi,

    I am having an issue with the plugin not sending mails. It will only work if I disable the WP-Mail-SMTP (latest v.0.9.5) or if I set it to use the PHP mail() function to send emails. The YITH plugin is up to date (v.1.2.4) as well as the theme (The Shop by aThemes v.1.07).

    Please could you kindly assist. I am in communication with the email administrator of the SMTP server.

    Can you check if the mail address FROM and TO are the same? or have the same domain?
    Many servers have problems in this case.
