Plugin not sending the invoice to zoho after the order is placed

    Hello Team,
    I have configured the plugin and the test connection is working as expected. I have created a ZOHO feed. Please go through the attached screenshot of the same. But once the order is places, i don’t see any entry in the zoho logs and also when i log into the zoho books, i don’t see the invoices being sent there. Let me know what is the issue we are facing here. We are looking forward to buy the paid plugin for the same.

  • You need to create two feeds: one for invoices and another for contacts. After creating these feeds, connect the invoice feed with the contact feed. Then, set up accounts for Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho CRM. Once this is done, you’ll see the ‘Send to Zoho’ option on the order page. Clicking ‘Send to Zoho’ will send the invoice to Zoho Books

    We do not have zoho books or crm we want to sync the orders in zoho inventory. we have setup the feed but it is not syncing. we have purchased the premium version and created a support ticket 2 days back. This is for user [email protected]
