Plugin not showing in admin bar

Can you be more specific to ” I can’t seem to find Ratings in my admin bar.”

Weird, sorry man I don’t know how to help you. You might have the wrong plugin.

That Post Ratings doesn’t seems to be the same plugin as this because this plugin uses the top level menu and the menu name is called Ratings not Post Ratings.

I did install the wrong plugin. Thanks for clarifying things for me!
