plugin not showing in dashboard for me to activate

    I have transferred a plugin using filezilla into content/plugins – it is showing as transferred on filezilla – but is not showing in my dashboard for me to activate.
    I have transferred lots of other plugins fine which have shown up for me to activate – just not this one for some reason. It is feedburner stats.

    any ideas? much appreciated,
