plugin not showing up in multi-site

I’ve installed Compact Audio Player version 1.9.3 in a multi-site install. It’s only showing up in the network’s list of plugins – it’s not showing or working in any other sites. I’m using WPMUs Magazine Theme 4.1.8. Any suggestions?
