Plugin not sorting posts on front end +missing slider for 21+ posts on backend

    Hello, I’m using your plugin to create a custom order of products on a woocommerce product category page. For some unknown reason, the plugin is not sorting the products on the front end for one category, even though they are in the right order on the back end. Separately, the slider that lets me see and reorder 21+ products is no longer visible on the back end page.

    Please read FAQ #10 to ensure your front end query is not suppressing filters that rank the results.

    Separately, the slider that lets me see and reorder 21+ products is no longer visible on the back end page.

    If you downgrade to v2.3 does the slider appear?

    so it turns out there was a bug that prevented the slider from showing up.

    this is fixed in v2.4.1.

    Yes, the slider is now back but the category page is still not sorting as set by the plugin. Also, 2 of the 25 products in the category are listed as “Undefined” in the backend and do not display thumbnail image like all the other items.

    amke sure the manual sorting is set to ‘yes’ in the reorder page to see the order applied on the front page.

    Also, 2 of the 25 products in the category are listed as “Undefined” in the backend and do not display thumbnail image like all the other items.

    re-set your posts order in the re-order page (see screenshot #3), its likely the post initial order got corrupted and needs to be reset.

    with several bugs fixes in recent releases and having not heard back from you, I am assuming this issue now resolved.
