    Hello,

I had a plugin built with Popup Builder, and now I am seeing that it is disabled and “Not Supported” in the WordPress plugin store. I had a button that was displaying the popup so at the moment the button is broken. Any ideas?

At the moment, I have the button just linking to a mailto as temporary solution

    Thanks

  • Dear @thekuom,

Our plugin is supported in WordPress and we constantly update our plugin and we have recently updated to the Version 3.50.

Could you, please, let me know if you still have our plugin and what is the button you want to trigger the click popup on?

The plugin says it is installed, but it is currently “Disabled”. The “Request” button is supposed to trigger the popup.

I have attached a link to some screenshots of what I am seeing: https://imgur.com/a/rX2PqOD

    Dear @thekuom,

Could you, please, try to download the zip from here: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/popup-builder/

And try to install this zip into your site?

I will need to delete the plugin that is installed currently. Can you confirm that deleting the plugin will not delete the popups that I had built previously?

    Dear @thekuom,

Please, uncheck the “Delete popup data” in the Settings section of your Popup Builder plugin before uninstalling it and installing the plugin from the link we shared.
This way your popups will be saved in the new version.
You can also export your popups.

I tried reinstalling the plugin, but it is still Disabled. When I attempt to activate it, an error message says

“popup-builder” is not supported on WordPress.com.

    Dear @thekuom,

We are aware of this issue, our developers are working on solving this at the moment.
