Plugin Not Syncing

– What plugin version are you using?
– What version of PHP are you using?
– Are there any fatal errors in WooCommerce? (WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs)
– If you have a large number of plugins being used, you may need to bump up your memory limit on your server (1GB for example) to accommodate the initial sync.

I don’t have access to adjust server limits, but presumably if I disabled all non-essential plugins, then tried the sync, that would achieve the same aim?

We have seen a similar issue since 06/06/2022 where products are not syncing, then I dug in to find the below error:

The WooCommerce Mailchimp plugin has thrown the following error and has brought our entire site to a grinding halt with the vast number of Ajax requests failing.

Details:
Mailchimp for WooCommerce Plugin Version: Version 2.6.2
WooCommerce Version: Version 6.5.1
WordPress Version: Version: 6.0

Error thrown:
Mailchimp says: API Request Error - on 1970 in /wp-content/plugins/mailchimp-for-woocommerce/includes/api/class-mailchimp-api.php

We have tried uninstalling and re-installing fully to no avail and the same error is thrown again.

I also had this plugin creating a huge number of failed requests. I had to shut it off in order to stop my site throwing a critical error.

Are there plans to make the plugin compatible with the version of WordPress released 2 weeks ago?

@alexfwalker thanks for sharing! Looks like your WP Cron is disabled. Can you give your host a shout to enable? From there, I’d recommend reinstalling the plugin and trying the sync again.

Resolved. Enabling WP-CRON did the trick.
