Plugin NOT syncing consistently

Not all fields get synced back to Infusionsoft all the time. It seems random too.
When I look at Gravity forms I see all the data there, BUT the data is missing in Infusionsoft –meaning we have to export/import the data manually.
This defeats the purpose of having the plugin sync the data automatically. Is this a known issue?
