Plugin not updating

    My current version is showing 3.2.2 and the currently available version is 3.2.9 The update does not appear to be working with my two paid versions of this plugin. Dashboard finds no updates available when I select updates but indicates (red circle) #1 update.

    So my existing version on site has a number of unclaimed vouchers. Is it the case that
    1. Download update
    2. deactivate on site
    3. delete on site
    4. install updated version on site
    5 paid vouchers and coupons will still be there?

    Yes, your vouchers and plugin settings will not delete even you delete the pro plugin.
