Plugin not visible anymore

    Hi! The plugin is installed and the countdown is visible on the page, but cannot find it anymore in the WP menu to edit the title and/or timer. Instead, I only see the Coming soon option, which I don’t need.

    Thank you for connecting us.
    Please check your user role, countdown main menu you will see only for admin user role.

    In our countdown settings section we have possibility to enable for the specific user roles also.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your answer. I am logged in with my administrator account, so there must be another issue. I used the same admin account to add the plugin and configure the countdown timer a few weeks ago.

    Dear @remnuvela,

    I think you have custom user roles, and added another role to the admin role.
    If you create new user and give WordPress default administrator user role you will see countdown plugin.
