    Hi @borislavst ,

Please check the settings of shipping methods and the shipping fee assigned for each method on your site to make sure you have configured the proper shipping fees and classed based on shipping zones and methods.

Please also check the Shipping tab of your products to make sure they are set to a proper shipping class. When I inspected your product, on the cart page, it didn’t change the shipping fee no matter which method I chose. The shipping fee seemed to be considered as $0 in all cases so our plugin wrongly consider that customers are granted with free shipping.

    Best regards.

    Hi,

Thank you for your prompt answer!

I use custom shipping zones with free shipping settings because another plugin requires it. Maybe this is the reason for your plugin’s wrong consideration.

However, I have tried another Shipping bar plugin that works properly. It is not showing in the fly cart so I want to use your plugin not the other one.

Can you check if it is possible for your plugin to run with this settings

    Best regards,

    Hi @borislavst ,

For this case, actually, our developers will need to study the mechanism of calculating the shipping fee with that external shipping plugin. I’m afraid that it will take much time until this can be customized to be working.

We have received a lot of requests to make our shipping bar working with external shipping calculating plugins such as country-based shipping, flexible shipping, etc. However, our developers can’t make it work to pull the right shipping fee on the cart page when there are complicate conditions involved for the shipping fee regarding user roles, countries, currencies, discount rules. This is where the entanglement starts and it’s a pain for us at the moment.

I will write a request to our developers to make sure they consider us further, but I cannot state in advance when this will be addressed or solved for sure. So for now, our plugin only works with the standard WooCommerce shipping classes and methods.

    Best regards.
