    I purchased this plugin on Monday (15/06/2020).

    Once activated i am unable to change any setting, it keeps reverting to default. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared everything. And it simply does not work.

    Support is non-existant, their website says 12 hours to reply, 4 days later and nothing and even FB has 0 response.

    I just want this fixed.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
