Plugin Not Working

  • Hello,

    I have downloaded the plugin, and want to use it on my website. But it’s not working and always show the result “Search results (0)”.

    I have tried multiple tiktok url’s, trends, username but nothing works.

    Can you please update and fix it.

    Hi @qasim7x ,

    Thanks for using TikTok plugin and sorry about that issue, please note that the error occurs as a result of a current instability in the TikTok API and our team is currently, patiently waiting for TikTok to fix their API so we can enjoy full functionality of the plugin again.

    So, could you please remove the low ratings now since this issue is not from us but from TikTok itself, then wait for us to check and fix and then update?
