Plugin not working

    Hello there. I am looking for a plugin to include a chat (whatsapp or messenger chat) in a website of a client of mine. I uploaded yours, I can activate it but if I click on Dashboard or any section, my website goes white. The website is a bit old (php 5.6 and wp 4.5 – could it be this?

    It’s very likely the issue is coming from the old WP version. Can I ask you to update to a newer WP version and let me know if it helps?
