Plugin not working (?)

    Hi,
    I installed your plugin on my very simple test site.
    URL https://www.visureclic.cloud
    Twentytwenty default theme.
    Wordpress updated to the latest version.
    Plugins installed: Woocommerce and Wp Customer Area.
    I left the “Restrict access to WordPress admin panel” flagged.

    That said, I have encountered the following problems:

    1) by logging in from “Dashboard” or “My account” you are directed to the administrator login page https://visureclic.cloud/wp-login.php etc …

    2) after creating a user with WordPress and logging in (always via the administrator login page), the user’s account says “You are not authorized to view this page”.

    What do these blocks depend on?`

    Hi,

    Sorry for the delay.

    1/ Could you try to deactivate other plugins than WPCA and see if you experience the same behavior? You should be redirected to the WPCA dashboard. Something probably interferes with our redirection rules.

    2/ Make sure you have set the proper permissions in Settings > WP Customer Area > Capabilities
