Plugin not working

Make sure you had set the headers in Google Sheet in the first row, the exactly same fields-name you have used to design a form,

Also refer why entry is not going in google sheet

Hello!

Same error for me after updating the plugin. All the settings are exactly the same as before but nothing happens when we try to submit the form.
What can I do to fix this?

Sorry for the trouble,
Can you confirm that the Integration tab is showing Active Auth without any errors?
Alternatively, can you deactivate the Auth and Re-Authenticate with Google once
and then make sure sheetid, sheetname, tabid, and tabname are entered correctly?

At last, make sure the sheet has the headers perfectly.

Hi again!

Yes its showing Active Auth!
I tried to deactivate and activate again and still doesn’t work. No settings has been changed and nothing in the Excel sheet.

If data is not going then something might be wrong,
Please enable the debug mode from wp-config.php and submit the form and then check the debug.log under the wp-content directory, and then provide me the exact error to help you out further.

I can’t get the CF7 Google Sheets Connector to work so I deleted it and am using Google Forms instead. Thank you for your time and efforts.

Did the changes to wp-config.php
And still nothing happens when I click the Submit button for the form. Its not possible to press the button even.

And nothing shows up in the debug file now either.
