    The URL “wp-admin/admin.php?page=elementskit&ekit-onboard-steps=loaded” thinks I am onboarding still.

    When I remove the “-onboard-steps=loaded” some of the plugin works. HOWEVER the section I need “HEADER FOOTER” does not work.

    When I click on that tab it brings me back to “wp-admin/admin.php?page=elementskit&ekit-onboard-steps=loaded”

    I think the plugin has glitched in somewhat pending for onboarding.

    Hi jackslobodian,

    Thanks for reaching out to us. This blank screen issue usually happens due to the following reasons:

    • Not completing the Onboarding Steps properly.
    • Caching plugin
    • Third-party plugin conflict.

    First of all, please make sure that you have completed each step of the Onboarding section that appears after activating the plugin for the very first time. If you can confirm that it is done, then proceed to the next step.

    If you are using any caching plugin on your site, then clean all levels of cache, including but not limited to Server cache, WordPress (optimization plugin) cache, CDN cache, and Browser cache.

    If that also doesn’t help, then disable other plugins except for Elementor and Elementskit, and then check if the issue is still there or not. If that solves the issue, start activating the plugins one by one and continue checking. In this way, you will be able to detect what actually causes this issue.

    Hopefully, the issue will be solved after following these steps. Let us know if you need further assistance.

    I’m running into exactly the same issues as mentioned above. Performed all the steps suggested by Ahmed. Is there any way I can redo the onboarding (I’ve tried uninstalling and reactivating)?

    When will a fix become available?
